Stopped here for the first time for brunch. I had the chicken salad sandwich. It was fresh and just the right balance of seasoning. The Rosemary was a nice touch. My spouse had the grits florentine and he says two thumbs up. Very sweet waitress Kelsey. I will continue to drive from Newberry to try more dishes.

Chef's Table Bistro was not on Yelp. I put it on Yelp. It needs to be on Yelp!!! It is new and as of today is open one week. They will have beer as soon as they get the license. Monica and I were driving in the country (in the middle of no where - just cattle ranches and horse farms). I said to Monica - I need a Cuban sandwich. We stopped into a gas station to stretch and get Chop out of the car for a bit and we spotted a little restaurant next to the gas station. (In High Springs FL). I walked over to look at the menu. A cute girl (Brianna) that was friendly and cheerful gave me a menu to look at. I spotted great looking sandwiches and people were coming and going and I then spotted a Cuban Sandwich! (I walked back to the car and told Monica - I found my Cuban. They have a great outside patio. They welcomed Chop and Brianna brought him water and was very helpful and patient with our decision making (My decision was made already). The food came and it looked beautiful. My Cuban was outstanding and looked it too. It was on Artisan bread and the Roast Pork was full of great flavor and tender and the ham was high quality like Boars Head. The slice or 2 of Salami on it gave a great boost In flavor. It was the best Cuban I ever tasted. Monica got the Chicken Salad and it was great and looked great. The food was very reasonable and the service was great. After we got our food - the cook came out and asked if It was good - With mouth full I mumbled Awesome!!! Great!! Yummm! After we were almost done the owner came out and asked if we liked the food and service - with mouth full I mumbled - Awesome! Great!! Love it!! Brianna checked on us and we were so happy to find this gem in the middle of no where. I hope they do a great business and stay open for ever. I'll go out of my way to visit again. I saw on the door they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've added some photos too.

While I wasn't as impressed as other reviewers, Chef's Table is beyond and better than most cafés with a menu focused on sandwiches: the selection and presentation are pretty top-notch, really. My ham and cheese sandwich was as good as one could expect for this simple sandwich and the side options are superior than most: I chose a red pepper hummus, which was a far better idea than the chips or cole slaw many places would offer. The menu has hamburgers, a few salads and an ample selection of sandwiches--a Cuban, a club, a meatball sub, and a few others. Several restaurants have tried this location and not lasted very long but the quality and wise offerings of Chef's Table may make it a winner here. The interior isn't anything special at all, but the outside patio is nice enough in good weather and the staff is friendly.

Yum! We got our food in a timely manner and it was delish! We got the Cuban and chicken Greek wrap both with garlic fries. Very good, fast and nice service. Will attach pics

The meal was fantastic, service was even better it was like a home cooked meal with a happy family atmosphere. You won't be disappointed I'll be back for breakfast !

Stopped in for Breakfast. I sat outside. While the outdoor patio is comfortable it could use a little bit of a buffer from the highway that is close by. The breakfast I had was very good and well prepared. I plan on coming back in the future.

Not bad for a frozen cook to order place. Service is canned sodas and slow. Nice patio but sat outside for awhile, think they would have staff or even a menu out there.
